
Reinforcement Learning Specialist - Deep Perception for Advanced Robotics
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reinforcement Learning (RL) Specialist to join our growing team and develop cutting-edge deep perception algorithms for our advanced robotics platforms. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement reinforcement learning algorithms for deep perception tasks in robotics.

Research and evaluate state-of-the-art RL and Deep Learning techniques for perception, navigation, and control.

Develop robust and efficient deep learning models for object detection, scene understanding, and other perception-related tasks.

Integrate perception algorithms with robot control systems for fleet management and swarm robotics applications.

Train and optimize deep learning models using large datasets and cloud-based computing resources.

Collaborate with other engineers and researchers to develop and test integrated robotic systems.

Contribute to the development of our internal software libraries and tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning, deep learning, and robotics.

Document and present research findings and development progress.

Qualifications:
-
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field with a focus on Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning.

Proven experience in developing and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms for real-world applications.

Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their application to perception tasks.

Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experience with 1 robotics software frameworks ROS2 is a plus.

Familiarity with simulation environments for robotics (e.g., Gazebo, NVIDIA ISAAC SIM) is desirable.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
